Looking at those indicators I’d say British Leyland, looking at the grille I want to say Wolseley. 1960-70s maybe?

Damn I was working it down and just got to 196os Vanden Plas. 

I ruled out Austin straight off, ummed and arghed about Riley but ruled that out, to get to Wolseley but the grille just didn’t seem right because it didn’t have the beak at the top of the grille and couldn’t recall what else was left then thought, oooh, Vanden Plas. Then looked back here to see if anyone else got the answer.

Too late.

There’s a nice 4cv there, and a Rover 2000 among others. It’s a functioning wrecker, but the owner likes interesting cars.

about 5. this one had 8 lug slots, a smallblock, and a cool sidepipe/stack.. others were 2.3 ford and one is vw (rabbbit) powered.

That one probably runs, maybe not insurable. It is rare, enough so that I took a picture, to see 5 zambonis at the junk yard. Even a magical one. I know of another, weirder wrecker who has about a 64 Nissan Cedric, which I might venture out to for some good oppo pics since I get along with that guy too.

I wonder what Canada would be like if left hand side driving took off rather than right hand side driving.

As it is the commonwealth is a very mixed place with countries being either metric or imperial but also many drive RHD cars in left hand driving countries (U.K.), LHD in right hand side driving countries (Canada), some smaller nations driving LHD in left hand driving countries (BVI) and a few driving RHD in right hand driving countries (Samoa till just last ear or so).

Historically Canada Has Been Both. East and west were a Number o British colonies. Newfoundland and British Columbia (formerly their own thing) Drove on the other side. In the ,middle where I live it all belonged to the Hudson Bay Company, and became a province through uprising.

and they are a seafaring people, wheel’s on the right of a boat so it followes logic. Also it’s neighbor to the east is Spain, so you can’t drive to or from there (in the day)
